SynthGPT 2 is a VST audio plugin that allows you to create playable instruments with words. Just describe the sound you would like and SynthGPT will give you 100 options to choose from.
SynthGPT 2 has been reengineered inside and out. It features a brand new AI instrument generation engine that is capable of creating an infinite number of never-before-heard sounds. The level of quality, accuracy, and control the new engine provides is vastly improved over SynthGPT 1.
We've also implemented a plethora of new features based on your feedback. With SynthGPT 2, you can use a powerful ADSR curve to control the amplitude envelope of the synth's output. Additionally, SynthGPT 2 features four high quality filters, a low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and notch filter, all available in 12 or 24 db/oct configurations.
All of these parameters and more are tightly integrating with your DAW, enabling powerful automation possibilities.

SynthGPT 2 is being actively developed by Fadr Research Lab. SynthGPT 2 is not perfect yet. However, by participating in the Beta, you will have access to the latest versions as the research progresses, and the opportunity to submit feedback and ideas that will shape the future of the technology.
Yes, you can switch SynthGPT 2 to use the old v1 engine whenever you would like.
SynthGPT 2 is an ongoing project. Every few weeks, an updated version of SynthGPT 2 will arrive with new feature and improvements. We'll try our best to keep you informed via email, your Fadr account page, and the SynthGPT 2 settings page.

SynthGPT 2 works with all major DAWs and operating systems. SynthGPT 2 is available in VST3 format on Windows and in both VST3 and Audio Unit format on Mac. At the moment, we support Macs running MacOS 10.10 Yosemite or greater.
SynthGPT 2 Beta access is part of Fadr Plus, which costs $10 per month or $100 per year, and gives you access to Fadr's most powerful music technology. Learn more about Fadr Plus.
SynthGPT 2 requires an internet connection for the initial login (once per device) and for sourcing new sounds. However, once your sound has loaded, you can use it forever without internet.
All sounds generated by SynthGPT 2 are 100% royalty free. The songs and master recordings you compose using SynthGPT 2 are 100% yours.
